Planters Inn
Watercolor 36x28 I have never visited Planters Inn. However, if I needed a place to stay, this is where I would like it to be. With its old woodwork, cozy bar and old charm, there is something special about old buildings. Such as this one, they have a character that is not easily recreated in today’s world. I found this picture in a magazine and currently cannot find who took the original shot to give them credit. The painting like Doyle’s Gallery, is not for sale. It is a piece that I will keep for myself as a memory of a turning point or just getting back on track. This piece reminds me of how much I love to paint and also my admiration for great, old, historic structures. Cheers to the owners of Planters Inn. Thanks for keeping it the way it should be.
